Symbiose Shop Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Symbiose.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to read our return and refund policy. This Return and Refund Policy was created with the help of the Return and Refund Policy Generator.

The following terms apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Interpretation and definitions

Interpretation
Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

For the purposes of this return and refund policy:

The company (referred to as "the company", "we", "us" or "our" in this agreement) means Symbiose, Rue d'Angleterre 30.

Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders means a request to purchase products from us.

The Service means the Website.

The Website refers to Symbiose, accessible from https://www.symbioseshop.be.

You means the natural person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Rights to cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without having to justify your decision.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date on which you have received the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. We'll use the same payment method you used for the order, and you won't have to pay any fees for this refund.

Return conditions
In order for the goods to be eligible for return, it must be ensured that

the goods were purchased within the last 7 days
The goods are in their original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which by their nature cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only goods sold at the normal price can be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.

Return of goods
You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost on return. This is why we recommend using an insured and tracked courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.

Gifts
If the products were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift recipient.
