Symbiose Shop Shipping Policy

1. Shipping costs
   Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping costs are indicated when paying for your order.

2. Delivery delay
   We do our best to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but in general delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days in Belgium and between 5 and 10 working days in the rest of Europe.

3. Shipping methods
   We use Bpost delivery services for all our shipments. Packages are shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

4. Delivery issues
   If you have any delivery issues with your order, please contact us at info@symbioseshop.be or at customer service number +32494470176. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

5. Returns and Refunds
   If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaged appropriately for return. We will refund the full amount of your order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return. The return costs are your responsibility.

6. Additional Information
   Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as delivery issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic or delays related to postal services. We encourage you to order in advance to avoid unnecessary disappointment or worry.
